As part of its engineering projects, EQUANS offers design, installation and maintenance services for industrial equipment. EQUANS teams produce and communicate a wide range of technical documents.

Needs:

• Immediate start-up of the document control service for engineering projects

Team of experienced document controllers available and working via a ticketing system for :

• Parametrisation of the project EDM platform according to requirements
• Pre-filing check of the information contained in the files and comparison with the versions present on the project EDM (Anti-Duplication)
• Document filing on the customer''s EDM platform
• Checking the tagging and measurements of the insulated pipes on the plans
• Checking Weld Logs with Isometrics and radio tests carried out on site
• Check material certificates against purchase orders
• Management and monitoring of review and approval workflow comments
• Checking and managing document registers (updated every week for transmission to the design office and the customer)
• Checks that all documents relating to a system or installation have been received. Contacting suppliers to request missing documentation
• PDF manipulation (Merge / Split / Delete pages)
• Scanning drawings (A0=> A4)
• Training users on the various platforms
