At the Extraordinary General Meeting held this January 30, 2015, Philippe Braibant was appointed Independent Director of Exquando.
Philippe Braibant is Civil Engineer from the University of Liège. After a few years in software development project with CIG and CSC, he spent 8 years as IT manager and member of the Executive Committee at Belfox before migrating to Euronext. He then worked as a Senior Project Manager on independent projects including collaboration with Euronext, Petercam and Elia and has the certifications Prince2 and MSP. Philippe also followed the Guberna formation of corporate directors and the inter-university training DocSafe in management of digital information.

We are delighted that Philippe has joined us in this position.
