2012: An exciting year for Exquando

2012 was a decisive year for Exquando marked by a number of strategic moves and the acquisition of new clients.

At the beginning of the year, the management successfully adopted a new organisation with clear roles and responsibilities. Marc Ansoult was nominated Managing Director, Dara Duong took the role of Delivery Director and Catherine Regniers the one of HR & Operating Director. The objectives of the new structure were to enable the company to function more efficiently and to prepare for its future growth.

Last May, Exquando opened its new office in an exceptional surrounding in Wavre. The office is ideally located to welcome its consultants, clients and prospects, and offers a perfect environment to hold key internal meetings and training sessions.

In July and November, a number of Exquando consultants followed two major training courses in, respectively, Accelerated Document Control and Lead Document Control. These certifying training courses were a good opportunity to provide a stronger background in document control to Exquando’s consultants and are part of the company’s continuous improvement strategy.

Last but not least, 2012 was a year of consolidation of Exquando’s relationship with its existing clients, but also of acquisitions of new clients, such as Cofely-Axima, Johnson Control, Precura and Cofely-Fabricom.

Marc Ansoult, Managing Director of Exquando, says:

2012 was a very busy but exciting year for Exquando management and our co-workers. Important strategic decisions and actions were taken which will guide us for the future. After three years of existence, we can be proud of our achievements so far but the current economic market is rough and we have to be prepared. We are now ready to rise to the challenge with a stronger organisation, a professional staff who is trained and certified, and a growing client base who trust our expertise and people. We all look forward to another challenging year in 2013.
