The city of Tournai chooses to collaborate with Exquando for the implementation of its electronic document management

Exquando is pleased to have been selected by the College of the city of Tournai to support them in their project to set up an electronic mail and document management solution.

With 2000 years of history, Tournai is one of the oldest cities in Belgium. Crossed by the Scheldt, the city was the cradle of France when it became, in the 5th century, the first capital of the country under the reign of Childeric and Clovis. The city administration today wishes to set up a modern and functional management of its content.

Marc Ansout, CEO of Exquando: “Over the past few years, we have worked with several Walloon public organizations and have built up experience and methods in information management and governance which are now available for the City of Tournai. We are delighted with this new collaboration and will do our utmost to make the digital transformation of the Tournai municipal administration a success."
