Waver, September 15th, 2014 – Exquando is celebrating its five first years of activity in Belgium. The company was created in 2009 and today, Exquando has become a real reference on the market, reputed for its offer in information management and Engineering projects technical data administration.
Professionalize content management
Content management has become a priority both for private companies and public administrations. Indeed, these are facing three major issues: the continuous increase of e-files, the numerous handling systems both on site and in the cloud as well as the growing need for traceability mandatory to meet audits and new regulations requirements.
At the same time, we have noticed that companies now make their decisions based on information rather than experience. This new approach requires an active information resources management. When the right documents are available for the right people at the right time, the right decisions can be taken, one after the other ! » says Marc Ansoult, Managing Director of Exquando. « Our role consists in helping organizations to structure and label their documents, to set up management systems and to define, along with them, the most efficient rules that will allow everyone to store and locate useful information.
Exquando is pursuing its development in Europe
Created in 2009, Exquando has continuously grown for the last 5 years. The team followed the same trend, starting from 3 members to 25 today. In 2014, the turnover should increase by more than 10%. Marc Ansoult concludes «We take the opportunity of the company birthday to deeply thank all the customers and team members who have trusted us.
Today our objective is to expand further by strengthening our activities in Flanders, France and Luxembourg. We also intend to prospect other regulated markets».
