Wavre (Belgium), May 2, 2023 - As a specialist in information management and governance, Exquando strengthens its growth and service offering with the acquisition of FacOrg, a company active in enterprise architecture consulting.
The integration of FacOrg's activities and resources within Exquando will make it possible to combine data and documents in a broader service offering focused on information management and governance.
"Exquando and FacOrg have known each other for several years and already collaborate on some projects thanks to their complementary expertise: document governance and management at Exquando and data management and software architecture at FacOrg. We are convinced that our customers will benefit from the complementarity of our expertise in order to better govern their information and achieve their strategic objectives" says Marc Ansoult, Founder and CEO of Exquando.
The merger of the two companies will also allow to strengthen the operational team and to prepare the succession of some members of the management.
